im back one piece.
yeah.
today training ends early.
training was only like doing hand row all those.
could only do wall row.
HAHA!
after that train on the balls.
didn't went to macrichie because some incident happen there.
so it ended at 12pm
YEAH!
ate subway.
catch up abit.
then went to singsien house with rapheal.
HAHA!
slacked awhile then ordered mac and homed.
tired to the max.
canoe can kill your 100% energy fast.
i hope tuesday's training will be damm slack.
HAHAHAHHAHA!!
if it rains it will be the best.
